Everything Chris makes, carved one at a time. Items are made to order, so ask about timing before a holiday.

Tools are made in different woods, different handle lengths, and for left or right handed cooks. Those differences are real, but the working shape does not change. On the Chef's Tool, for example, the asymmetric bowl that lets you get into the corner of a pan or a bowl is the same on every one.
